Actress/director Soleil Moon Frye and her husband, Jason Goldberg, are celebrating after welcoming their second child into the world. The Punky Brewster star gave birth to baby girl Jagger Joseph Blue Goldberg, who weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces on Monday in Los Angeles.
The 31-year-old boutique owner married Punk'd producer Goldberg, 36, in 1998, and gave birth to first child Poet Sienna Rose Goldberg in 2005.
A spokeswoman for the pair says, "Soleil had a wonderful experience, and both she and the baby are doing great."

Woman in U-Haul leads police on wild chase
(NECN) - A woman in a reportedly stolen U-Haul truck was involved in a chase with California Highway Patrol officers. The chase lasted approximately one hour, and the woman was taken into custody.
At the end of the chase the woman stopped the vehicle in the middle of the road, and fled on foot. She attempted to gain access to the passenger side of another car, but that car drove off.
An officer caught up with the suspect, and took her into custody.
